Compatible Email Clients

As ProcessMaster runs on the FileMaker platform, the compatible email client list is determined by FileMaker. The compatibility checks have been performed using ProcessMaster 3 thru 4. Older versions are not supported. The list includes:

Mac OSX 10.6.8 and higher

- Apple Mail version 5.x / 6.x

- Entourage version 12.x

- Outlook version 14.x (only on OSX 10.7 / 10.8)

Windows Vista / 7

- Microsoft Outlook version 12.x / 14.x

Outlook version 15 (part of Office 2013) is not yet fully supported.

Windows 8 users may experience problems when using Outlook version 12 / 14 due to changes in the core of Windows.

Other setups may also work but we can't give any guaranty.

Depending on other IT settings (Firewall, local security settings, ...) it is possible that a supported configuration does not work.
