Company name of bottom of affidavit

Some affidavits in ProcessMaster have the capability to display a company name at the bottom of the affidavit. In ProcessMaster this field is referred to as the Affidavit Logo. 

This support article will outline the different ways the affidavit logo is set.

Go to PM Tools->Preferences->Record Creation Tab. Whatever your put into the Affidavit Logo field will automatically display at the bottom of new affidavits. Their are 2 exceptions to this rule.

 

1. If the client assigned to the job is a Process Serving agency and under their Entity record (PM Tools->Process Servers then navigate to Details For Servers tab) the "Company Name on Affidavit" is checked then ProcessMaster will put the client's company name at the bottom of the affidavit.
2. If for a specific job you enter a value into the Override Affidavit Logo field from the Affidavit Print Options tab then ProcessMaster will but whatever is in the Override Affidavit Logo field onto the bottom of the affidavit.

If you don't ever want any company name to print at the bottom of the affidavit simply goto PM Tools->Preferences->Record Creation Tab and make sure the Affidavit Logo field is empty.
