Changing User Printers

1. Go to your username in the Menu Bar

2. Click the Printers

Follow steps under Directions A If you use the same printer for all types of documents. Follow steps under Directions B if you use different printers for each document type.

Directions A

1. Click the edit button next to printer Field Sheet

2. Select your printer from the "Choose a Printer and Save" drop down.

3. Click Save To All button

4. Set your printer settings

5. Close the Printer Settings window

Directions B

 

1. Click the edit button next to printer Field Sheet

2. Select your printer from the "Choose a Printer and Save" drop down.

3. Click Save button

4. Set your printer settings

5. Close the Printer Settings window

6. Continue through the rest of the printers listed following steps 1 - 5 from Directions B for each printer.
