Creating New Service Fee Record

The following lesson will walk you through creating a new Service Fee record.

 

Service Fee records that you enter here are used when invoicing a job. You will access these service fees under the Billing tab on the Process Data Entry screen.

 

1. Goto the PM Tools menu item and select Service Fees

1. Click plus symbol to create new Service Fee record.

2. Enter an abbreviated name for the service into the Name field.

3. Enter a description for the service into the Description field.

4. Enter a fee for the service or if it's a variable fee then leave it blank.

5. If the fee is taxable then mark the taxable box.

Done (2)

When you're done click "Close" or click the plus symbol to create another new record.
