Creating New Process Server Records

The following lesson will walk you through creating a new Process Server record.

 

1. Goto the PM Tools menu item and select Process Servers

 

1. Click the "New Server" button in the toolbar

 

2. Check the box next to Individual. If this server will be forwarding work to you as well then check the Client checkbox.

3. If the server doesn't have a company name then use his/her name in the company field. NOTE: You must have a company name entered.

 

4. You can now continue to enter a website, email, Phone, Mobile and Fax Number. These fields aren't required but we recommend entering as much information as possible.

 

5. Enter Mailing address information.

 

6. If you have any notes about this server then enter them into the Notes field. 

7. Next click the New Contact button. We need to add an actual contact for this server.

 

8. Enter a title (Mr, Mrs, etc..), First, Middle, Last etc.. 

 

9. Now click the Contact Details tab to enter any additional details about this server. For example Hire Date, Date of Birth, Social Security Number and a copy of the servers signature.
