Creating New Attorney/Client Records
The following lesson will walk you through creating a new Attorney/Client record.
1. Goto the PM Tools menu item and select Attorneys
1. Click the New Attorney Firm from the toolbar
2. Enter the Firm's name into the Firm name field
3. The remaining fields on the left side of the screen are not required. Although we recommend you enter as much information as possible. Also if you try to print envelopes or labels for this attorney firm you will need to have the Address information filled out.
4. Click the New Contact button to create a contact record for this firm. A contact record could be anyone that you correspond with in a particular firm.
NOTE: A service fee needs to be setup from PM Tools->Service Fees before you can create a custom price using this feature.
1. To add a custom price for an attorney firm click into the Item code field.
2. Select the fee that you want to assign a custom price for.
3. Enter a custom fee into the custom fee field.
