Email Sending Setup

1. Go to PM Tools->Preferences

2. Enter the name of the person the emails will be sent from

3. Enter the following

Name - The name of the person emails will be sent from. (Required)
From Email Address - The email address email will be sent from. (Required)
Reply To - If you want peopling receiving emails to reply to a different email address enter it here.
CC - If you want emails sent from ProcessMaster to also be sent to an additional email address enter that address here.
SMTP Server Address - Enter SMTP server Address (Required)
SMTP Server Port - Enter SMTP server port (Required)
SMTP User Name - Enter SMTP User Name if your SMTP server requires authentication.
SMTP Password - Enter SMTP Password if your SMTP server requires authentication.
SMTP Server Encryption - If your SMTP server uses Encryption enter the type from the drop down.
